研究目的：

评估牙周非手术治疗早期干预与常规口腔卫生宣教相比，对伴III期牙周炎的慢性肾脏病患者因牙周导致的失牙率改善的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of early intervention of non-surgical periodontal treatment compared with routine oral health education in improving the rate of tooth loss caused by periodontitis in patients with chronic kidney disease with stage III periodontitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 患者年龄在18-65周岁
2) 广泛型III期牙周炎患者
3) 慢性肾脏病(3-5期)患者
4) 余留牙≥20颗（存在10对以上功能对颌牙）

Inclusion criteria

1) The patient is aged 18-65
2) Patients with extensive stage III periodontitis
3) Patients with chronic kidney disease (stage 3-5)
4) Remaining teeth ≥ 20 (more than 10 pairs of functional teeth)

排除标准：

1) 无牙颌患者
2) 恶性肿瘤患者
3) 存在影响牙周治疗表现/效果的系统性疾病
4) 存在出血性疾病或凝血障碍无法接受牙周非手术治疗者
5) 怀孕或在研究期间计划怀孕的女性
6) 在牙科治疗前需要预防性使用抗生素的患者
7) 过去3个月内接受过抗生素治疗
8) 过去12个月内接受过牙周治疗（龈上洁治除外）
9) 正参与其他临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

1) Edentulous patients
2) Patients with malignant tumors
3) There are systemic diseases that affect the performance/effect of periodontal treatment
4) Those who have bleeding disease or blood coagulation disorder and cannot receive non-surgical periodontal treatment
5) Women who were pregnant or planned to become pregnant during the study
6) Patients who need prophylactic antibiotics before dental treatment
7) Antibiotic treatment in the past 3 months
8) Have received periodontal treatment in the past 12 months (excluding supragingival scaling)
9) Participating in other clinical trials
