研究目的: |
肺脏超声作为一种无创常规新兴技术,具有无辐射、方便性和可重复性等优点,近十年作为新生儿疾病诊治的辅助工具被广泛应用。在成人重症监护室及儿童重症监护室,LUS则对撤离有创呼吸机具有良好的预测价值。目前,LUS在危重新生儿撤离呼吸机价的价值的研究很少,本研究旨在探索肺脏超声在危重新生儿症拔出气管插管,撤离有创呼吸机中的价值。从而提升有创呼吸机撤离的成功率,减少新生儿痛苦,改进新生儿治疗及改善新生儿重症疾病的预后。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Lung ultrasound, a non-invasive routine emerging technique with the advantages of non-radiation, convenience and reproducibility, has been widely used in the last decade as an adjunct to the diagnosis and management of neonatal diseases. In adult intensive care units and pediatric intensive care units, LUS, on the other hand, has good predictive value for evacuation of invasive ventilators. Currently, there are few studies on the value of LUS in evacuating ventilators in critically ill neonates. The aim of this study was to explore the value of pulmonary ultrasound in evacuating invasive ventilators by removing tracheal intubation in critically ill neonates. This will enhance the success rate of invasive ventilator evacuation, reduce neonatal distress, improve neonatal treatment and improve the prognosis of neonatal severe disease |

1. 使用呼吸机时间超过24小时 2. 准备撤离呼吸机 |

Inclusion criteria |
1.Ventilator use for more than 24 hours |

排除标准: |
1.严重先天畸形 2、使用呼吸机超过28天 3、染色体或者基因病 4、未取得家属同意。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Severe congenital anomalies 2. Ventilator use for more than 28 days 3. Chromosomal or genetic disorders 4. Failure to obtain family consent |
