研究目的：

本研究拟筛查于我院就诊的特纳综合征患者的耳部疾患和听力功能，并进行长期规范随访，早诊断和及时治疗特纳综合征患者的耳部疾患，进而探讨特纳综合征患者耳部疾患的规范诊疗随访方案，最终为特纳综合征患者提供耳健康的管理策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to screen the ear diseases and hearing function of Turner syndrome patients, who will be subsequently involved in a long-term standardized follow-up for early diagnosis and timely treatment of the ear diseases. Moreover, the study will explore the standardized diagnosis and treatment program of the ear diseases in patients with Turner syndrome, and provide ear health management strategies.

纳入标准：

①符合 2022 年发布的《特纳综合征中国专家共识》诊断标准的特纳综合征患者。
②无耳部外伤史，无放疗或化疗史，无严重累及生命和日常活动的其他症状或疾病。
③患者和/或其监护人自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with Turner syndrome who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Consensus of Chinese Experts on Turner Syndrome" issued in 2022.
② Patients without history of ear trauma, radiation or chemotherapy, and other diseases that seriously affect life and daily activities.
③ Patients who and/or his guardian voluntarily participated in the study and signed the
informed consent form.

排除标准：

①有特殊感染、恶性肿瘤、严重累及生命和日常活动的伴随症状或疾病等.
②研究者认为应排除在本研究之外的其他任何情况。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with special infection, malignant tumor or any diseases that seriously affect life and daily activities.
② Patients that the researcher believes should be excluded from this study.
