研究目的：

观察“补脾调督”推拿法治疗脑瘫患儿便秘的临床疗效及对肠道菌群的影响，为推拿治疗该病提供一种优化的治疗方案，同时拓展中医小儿推拿治疗便秘的临床研究，以期为临床提供借鉴。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of“Reinforcing spleen and regulating du” massage on constipation in children with cerebral palsy (CP) and its influence on intestinal microflora, at the same time, to expand the clinical study of infantile massotherapy for constipation, so as to provide reference for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）符合脑瘫诊断标准（2）符合小儿便秘中医诊断标准及中医辨证分型标准

Inclusion criteria

(1) according to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral palsy (2) according to the diagnostic criteria of TCM and the criteria of syndrome differentiation of TCM

排除标准：

（1）正在参加其他临床试验者（2）合并肝、肾、心、脑、血管等其他系统严重疾病者（3）患有肠道器质性疾病者（4）严重皮肤病及穴位局部皮肤有溃疡、水肿或烫伤者（5）针对本病1月内接受其他治疗者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) participants in other clinical trials (2-RRB- patients with severe diseases of other systems such as liver, kidney, heart, brain and blood vessels (3) patients with intestinal organic disease-RRB- (4) patients with severe skin diseases and skin ulcers, edema or scald at acupoints (5) patients receiving other treatments within one month
