研究目的：

（1）在放大胃镜图像分析中，以病理结果作为金标准，形成图像中病变部位的三维重建模型再训练数据集和验证数据集，构建初步的算法或模型。对算法或模型进行优化、验证并改进，获得最优的模型输出效果。 （2）以病理作为金标准，评价早期胃癌放大胃镜图像三维重建量化诊断模型诊断早期胃癌的灵敏度、特异度等。形成早期胃癌放大胃镜图像诊断的新技术。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) In the analysis of magnifying gastroscopy images, the pathological results are taken as the gold standard, and the three-dimensional reconstruction model retraining dataset and verification dataset of the lesion site in the image are formed, and the preliminary algorithm or model is constructed. Optimize, validate, and improve the algorithm or model to obtain the optimal model output. (2) Taking pathology as the gold standard, the sensitivity and specificity of the three-dimensional reconstruction quantitative diagnosis model of the magnifying gastroscopy image of early gastric cancer were evaluated. A new technique for the magnifying gastroscopy image diagnosis of early gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）在我院消化内镜中心行胃镜检查；（2）患者签署知情同意书并能配合胃镜检查，包括白光胃镜和放大模式；（3）通过活检或行内镜下黏膜下层剥离术，病理证实为胃癌或不是胃癌；（4）包含可疑胃癌区域的白光胃镜和放大模式图像均清晰。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Gastroscopy in the digestive endoscopy center of our hospital; (2) The patient signs informed consent and can cooperate with gastroscopy, including white light gastroscopy and magnification mode; (3) Pathological confirmation of gastric cancer or not gastric cancer through biopsy or endoscopic submucosal dissection; (4) The white light gastroscope and magnification mode images containing the suspected gastric cancer area are clear.

排除标准：

（1）无法耐受胃镜检查；
（2）已明确诊断中晚期胃癌的病变。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Inability to tolerate gastroscopy;
(2) Lesions of intermediate and advanced gastric cancer have been clearly diagnosed.
