研究目的：

主要研究目的：明确入住ICU的新冠病毒感染患者呼吸支持手段、呼吸机参数设定、镇静镇痛药物选择的日常情况。 次要研究目的：调查入住ICU的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者在研究当天生命体征、临床表现、实验室检查及治疗情况。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of the study is to identify what is the current daily practice regarding Respiratory support and sedation/analgesia in the management of Patients Admitted to the Intensive Care Unit With SARS-CoV-2 infection; The secondary aim of the study is to investigate the demographic information, clinical characteristics, vital signs, complications, laboratory values, and clinical therapy of the patients.

纳入标准：

年龄18~岁（包括18 岁）
新型冠状病毒（SARS-CoV-2）核酸检测阳性；
入住ICU

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged ≥ 18 years
Confirmed diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection by a positive result on a RT-PCR
Admission to the ICU

排除标准：

年龄< 18岁；
预计患者24h内死亡；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients aged＜ 18 years
Patients who deceased within 24 h during ICU admission

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究当天，研究者对入住ICU的所有新冠病毒感染患者进行全天筛查。然后研究者必须完成eCRF的以下七个部分:1.患者在研究当日上午8点的一般信息，如性别、年龄、身高、体重、发病日期、入院日期、转入ICU日期。2. 既往病史。3.研究当日上午8点，生命体征，呼吸和循环支持在。4. 研究当日上午8点的实验室检查结果。5. 呼吸机支持方式与参数测定，以及呼吸力学测定，6.镇静、镇痛及器官功能。7. 在研究期间发生的重要事件。在调查人员输入数据期间，研究团队在网上进行了可信性和完整性检查。在数据收集之前，eCRF详细定义了每个变量。 主要包括5部分，基本信息、调查当日的化验指标、调查当日呼吸支持现状、镇痛镇静现状、基本治疗与主要器官损伤情况；

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

On the study day, the investigator screened all the COVID-19 patients admitted to the ICU for the whole day. The investigator had to complete the following seven sections of the eCRF: 1. general characteristics at the 8am February 24th, such as gender, age, stature, weight, date of onset, date of the hospitalization, the ICU admission date. 2. Past medical history. 3. Vital signs, respiratory and circulation support at the 8am February 24th. 4. The laboratory values at 8am February 24th. 5. The respiratory support, breathing pattern, parameter setting and assessing respiratory mechanics. 6. The sedation, analgesia and the organ function. 7. The events in the study time. During date entry by the investigators, the study team plausibility and completeness checks were performed online. Each variable was defined in detail in the eCRF before the data collection.
