研究目的：

研究sticky bone与钛网技术分别应用于种植修复时，种植体唇侧骨板厚度变化及体积变化的临床效果差异； 研究sticky bone应用于2/4型骨缺损时，其空间维持效果是否稳定。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the difference of clinical effect of thickness change and volume change of implant lip bone plate when sticky bone and titanium mesh technology were applied to implant repair respectively; To study whether the space maintenance effect of sticky bone is stable when it is applied to type of 2/4 bone defect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18周岁，≤65周岁；
(2)前牙美学区（尖牙-尖牙）牙齿缺失，且牙槽骨为2/4型骨缺损（根据Terheyden分类）的患者；
(3)2017年-2022年就诊于重庆医科大学附属口腔医院北部新院种植科；
(4)接受过种植外科手术同期行GBR术，且使用sticky bone和钛网进行骨增量；
(5)术前、术后即刻以及术后6个月的CBCT等影像学资料和其他病历资料完善的病例。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Age between 18 and 65;
（2）Patients with loss of teeth in the aesthetic area of anterior teeth and alveolar bone type of 2/4 bone defect (according to Terheyden classification)
（3）Patients visited the Department of Plantation of the New North Hospital of Chongqing Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital from 2017 to 2022
(4) GBR was performed simultaneously with implant surgery with sticky bone and titanium mesh used for bone augmentation
(5)Cases with complete CBCT and other imaging data before, immediately after and 6 months after surgery and other medical records

排除标准：

(1)口腔卫生状态差；
(2)酗酒、吸烟患者（每日吸烟超过10支）；
(3)术中未成功制得sticky bone的病例；
(4)术前、术后即刻及术后6个月的CBCT等影像学资料、相关病历资料不完善的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Poor oral hygiene;
(2) Patients with excessive drinking and smoking (more than 10 cigarettes a day);
(3) Cases without sticky bone made during operation successfully;
(4) Cases with incomplete imaging data such as CBCT before operation, immediately after operation and 6 months after operation and relevant medical records.
