研究目的：

①评估前列腺癌患者的心血管危险因素与心血管疾病负担；②随访观察前列腺癌患者诊治期间心电参数变化以及心血管不良事件发生情况；③动态观察接受内分泌治疗前列腺癌患者代谢组学指标变化及差异，并探究此类患者发生不良心血管事件的潜在代谢预测指标；④识别具有高危心血管疾病风险的前列腺癌患者并建立预测模型；⑤为前列腺癌患者提供心血管健康咨询，探讨可能提高患者远期获益的多学科联合门诊模式。  

Objectives of Study：

① To evaluate cardiovascular risk factors and cardiovascular disease(CVD) burden in patients with prostate cancer (PCa); ②To observe the changes of ECG parameters and adverse cardiovascular events in PCa patients during antitumor treatment; ③ To dynamically observe the changes and differences of metabonomics indicators in PCa patients receiving endocrine therapy, and explore the potential metabolic predictors of adverse cardiovascular events in the population; ④ To identify PCa patients with a higher risk of CVD and establish prediction models; ⑤ To provide cardiovascular health counseling for PCa patients, and explore a multidisciplinary joint outpatient model that may improve long-term outcome.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①就诊于天津医科大学第二医院泌尿外科门诊的前列腺癌患者。
②经前列腺穿刺活检或术后明确病理诊断，或因穿刺、手术禁忌通过影像学等资料临床诊断的前列腺癌患者。
③接受基线心血管健康评估。
④行血清前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）检验并同意留存剩余血液标本。
⑤依从性良好，自愿同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Prostate cancer (PCa) patients present at the Urology Clinic of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University.
②PCa Patients who were pathologically diagnosed through prostate biopsy or postoperative results, or clinically diagnosed based on imaging and other data due to contraindication of puncture or surgery.
③ Accept the baseline cardiovascular health assessment.
④ Perform a serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test and agree to keep the remaining blood samples.
⑤ Good compliance and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并其他肿瘤疾病患者。
②研究者认为不适合参加研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with other types of tumors.
②Patients who were considered unsuitable to participate in the study by the investigator.
