Objectives of Study：

High throughput single cell transcriptome sequencing was used to explore the immune microenvironment of disseminated lung cancer cells in pleural effusion.

纳入标准：

经胸水细胞病理学明确诊断为肺癌性MPE患者；愿意入组并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

MPE patients with lung cancer were definitely diagnosed by pleural fluid cell pathology; Those who are willing to join the group and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

危重症患者；年龄小于18岁。

Exclusion criteria：

Critical patients; Patients younger than 18
