研究目的：

本课题拟通过自身对照研究来观察个性化饮食行为指导对不同人群体重及相关代谢指标的影响，为防治肥胖症及其相关代谢疾病提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of personalized dietary behavior guidance on body weight and related metabolic indicators in different populations through a self-controlled research, in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of obesity and related metabolic diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18岁≤年龄≤65岁；
②体重指数（BMI）≥24Kg/m2 不伴有2型糖尿病且近3月体重稳定者；
③体重指数（BMI）≥24Kg/m2 伴有2型糖尿病且近3月体重稳定者；
④近3个月未采用其他减肥措施
⑤知情同意并签署相应的知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① 18 years old≤age≤65 years old
② Body mass index (BMI) ≥ 24Kg/m2 without type 2 diabetes and stable weight in the past 3 months;
③ Body mass index (BMI) ≥ 24Kg/m2 with type 2 diabetes and stable weight in the past 3 months;
④ No other weight loss measures have been taken in the past 3 months
⑤ Informed consent and signed the corresponding informed consent.

排除标准：

①有导致继发性肥胖的内分泌疾病（如多囊卵巢综合症、库欣综合征、甲状腺功能减退症、下丘脑综合征、垂体前叶功能减退等）；②有严重心肺、肝、肾疾病等；
③有严重精神疾病，被迫住院的抑郁病史，两次以上的抑郁发作者或者有自杀倾向者；
④有临床诊断为饮食失调的病史，比如贪食症，食欲过盛，厌食症等，近三月体重波动较大者；
⑤有手术减肥史;
⑥近3月内服用已知对体重或食欲有影响的药物，比如皮质类固醇类药物、抗抑郁类药物、安定类药物、非选择性全身抗组胺药、尼古丁代替品等;
⑦备孕、妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
⑧皮肤病、严重过敏体质或瘢痕体质者；
⑨凝血功能障碍，或服用华法林、肝素等抗凝药物；
⑩近3月正在参加其他减肥的临床研究;

Exclusion criteria：

① Have endocrine diseases that lead to secondary obesity (such as polycystic ovary syndrome, Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypothalamic syndrome, hypofunction of anterior pituitary and other diseases);
② Accompanied by severe heartliver, kidney, and pulmonary dysfunction;
③ Accompanied by severe mental illness, a history of depression forced to be hospitalized, two or more episodes of depression or those with suicidal tendencies;
④ Accompanied by a history of clinically diagnosed eating disorders, such as bulimia, hyperphagia, anorexia, etc;
⑤ A history of surgical weight loss;
⑥ Taking drugs known to affect body weight or appetite within the past 3 months, such as corticosteroids, antidepressants, tranquilizers, non-selective systemic antihistamines, nicotine substitutes, etc;
⑦ Pregnant,pregnant or lactating women;
⑧ Skin disease,severe allergic constitution or scar constitution;
⑨ Coagulation dysfunction, or taking anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin and heparin;
⑩ Participating in other clinical studies on weight loss in the past three months;
