研究目的：

本研究拟观察环泊酚配伍纳布啡在无痛胃肠镜检查中的麻醉效果，以期优化无痛胃肠镜的镇静/麻醉策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to observe the anesthetic effect of cyclopropofol combined with nalbuphine in painless gastroenteroscopy in order to optimize the sedation / anaesthesia strategy of painless gastroenteroscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

具有无痛胃肠镜检查指征与耐受性，ASA分级I-II级，年龄18-65 岁，BMI<30kg/m2，肝肾功能正常。

Inclusion criteria

With painless gastroenteroscopy indication and tolerance, ASA grade I-II, age 18-65 years old, BMI < 30kg/m2, normal liver and kidney function.

排除标准：

既往有麻醉药物过敏史、禁忌证者；合并严重心肝肾等器官功能障碍者；长期服用阿片类药物病史；存在语言、听力以及精神等功能障碍者；检查时间>30 min；家属或者患者本人拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with history of anesthetic allergy and contraindications, patients with severe organ dysfunction such as heart, liver and kidney, long-term use of opioids, language, hearing and mental disorders, family members of patients with examination time > 30 min; or patients themselves refused.
