研究目的：

1. 评估“接力种”对重点人群HPV疫苗接种行为的影响； 2. 比较“接力种”组和标准对照组在提升成都市15-18岁青少年女性HPV疫苗接种率的有效性； 3. 探索接力种模式在HPV疫苗推广项目中的群众接受度、募捐可行性及其社会行为心理机制； 4. 不同模式在宫颈癌防治中的卫生经济学评价。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the influence of pay-it-forward on HPV vaccination in key population; 2. To compare the effectiveness between pay-it-forward, the local governmental subsidized HPV vaccination and standard of care (i.e., out-of-pocket pay) on improving uptake of HPV vaccine; 3. To understand acceptance and feasibility of the pay-it-forward strategy to collect community donations and examine mechanisms to enhance donation amount; 4. To conduct an economic evaluation of the pay-it-forward intervention in comparison to the standard of care and the governmental subsidized approaches.

纳入标准：

1. 15-18岁青少年女性；
2. 居住在所选社区卫生服务中心所服务的社区范围；
3. 能够知情决定并同意参加研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Girls aged 15 to 18 years;
2. Residence within the community served by the selected community health service center in Chengdu;
3. Capable of making informed decisions and consent to participate the study.

排除标准：

1. 已接种过HPV 疫苗；
2. 既往有严重的、危及生命的疫苗过敏症；医务人员判定可能对HPV疫苗存在过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have received HPV vaccinations;
2. Prior severe, life-threatening allergies to vaccination or any ingredient(s) in a vaccine; not suitable for HPV vaccines considered by a doctor.
