探讨在瑞马唑仑或异丙酚介导的不插管静脉全麻中上呼吸道梗阻这一因素在呼吸抑制中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the role of upper respiratory tract obstruction in respiratory depression induced by remazolam or propofol during unintubated intravenous anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18岁-60岁，ASA1-3级，拟行不插管静脉全麻（无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜或无痛宫腔镜）的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 18-60 years, with ASA1-3, who were to undergo unintubated intravenous anesthesia (painless gastroscopy, painless colonoscopy, or painless hysteroscopy)

排除标准：

孕妇、对研究药物过敏史患者、术前使用镇静或镇痛药物者、围术期出现认知功能障碍的患者，术前合并有严重系统疾病的患者、ASA 4级的患者、困难气道患者，颌面部外伤或手术史者、严重贫血或外周血管严重病变的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women, patients with allergic history to study drugs, patients with preoperative sedative or analgesic use, patients with perioperative cognitive dysfunction, patients with preoperative severe systemic diseases, patients with ASA grade 4, patients with difficult airway, patients with maxillofacial trauma or surgery history, patients with severe anemia or peripheral vascular disease
