研究目的:

呼吸道病毒感染是常见的儿童急性感染,易引起继发性细菌感染。其机制复杂,由急性呼吸道感染诱导的抗病毒免疫应答会引起口咽菌群失衡,并进一步降低对抗继发性细菌感染的免疫功能或微生物与宿主间的免疫应答,从而增加内源或外源性呼吸道病原体的增殖,增加肺炎或反复呼吸道感染的风险。本研究旨在评估有益于口咽菌群维持的口咽益生菌ENT-K12作为辅助治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染和预防继发细菌感染的临床功效并探讨其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study:

Respiratory viral infections are common acute infections in children that predispose to secondary bacterial infections. The mechanism is complex, and the antiviral immune response induced by acute respiratory infections causes an imbalance in the oropharyngeal flora and further decreases the immune function against secondary bacterial infections or the immune response between microorganisms and the host, thereby increasing the proliferation of endogenous or exogenous respiratory pathogens and increasing the risk of pneumonia or recurrent respiratory infections. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy and investigate the mechanism of action of ENT-K12, an oropharyngeal probiotic beneficial for oropharyngeal flora maintenance, as an adjunctive treatment for acute upper respiratory tract infections and prevention of secondary bacterial infections in children.

纳入标准:

1.5-12岁儿童,就读于幼儿园或学校的学龄儿童 2.在就诊时,儿童当前急性上呼吸道感染发作时长2天或更短时间 3.家长/监护人已签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 5-12 years, school-age children attending kindergarten or school 2. At the time of presentation, the child has had a current episode of acute upper respiratory tract infection for 2 days or less 3. Parents/guardians have signed a written informed consent

排除标准:

1.免疫功能低下或免疫缺陷 2.已切除扁桃体 3.有风湿性疾病的病史 4.患有支气管痉挛和/或哮喘F和/或过敏性鼻炎 5.对牛奶蛋白过敏 6.患有呼吸系统疾病,系统性疾病如糖尿病、肾脏病、胃肠道疾病、慢性鼻窦炎 7.患有麻疹、腮腺炎或风疹等传染病 8.近7天内曾使用抗生素 9.近30天内使用免疫抑制剂药物(包括口服或鼻用类固醇) 10.在近14天内服用其他益生菌产品

Exclusion criteria:

1. Immunocompromised or immunodeficient 2. Tonsils have been removed 3. have a history of rheumatic disease 4. Have bronchospasm and/or asthma F and/or allergic rhinitis 5. Allergic to milk proteins 6. Have respiratory diseases, systemic diseases such as diabetes, kidney disease, gastrointestinal diseases, chronic sinusitis 7. Suffering from infectious diseases such as measles, mumps or rubella 8. Have used antibiotics within the last 7 days 9. Use of immunosuppressive drugs (including oral or nasal steroids) within the last 30 days 10. Taking other probiotic products within the last 14 days

进行正常的治疗的前提下,施加益生菌干预。患儿每天早、中、晚孩子刷牙后,含服一片益生菌含片,在口腔中慢慢溶解,共7天。
