Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether probiotics can delay the development of paraneoplastic thrombocythemia in patients with ovarian cancer through their effects on intestinal flora

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①术前初诊PLT计数大于300*109/L的卵巢癌患者；②穿刺病理确诊为上皮性卵巢癌（浆液性腺癌、粘液性腺癌、子宫内膜样腺癌等）或影像学高度怀疑卵巢癌，术后病理确诊为上皮性卵巢癌的患者；③患者一般情况良好，年龄18-75岁，未合并有严重的心、肺、肾、肝功能障碍及代谢性疾病；④完成手术后接受6个疗程TC方案化疗；采集新鲜的、中后段、内部的粪便样本10 g，快速存储于-80℃。后期行粪便DNA提取及16S rRNA基 因测序行肠道菌群检测。⑤在完成治疗后入组前3个月内未使用任何抗生素或其他药物。

Inclusion criteria

① Ovarian cancer patients with PLT count greater than 300*109/L; ② Epithelial ovarian cancer (serous adenocarcinoma, mucous adenocarcinoma, endometrioid adenocarcinoma, etc.) was confirmed by puncture pathology or highly suspected ovarian cancer was confirmed by postoperative pathology; ③The patient was generally in good condition, aged 18-75 years old, and did not have serious heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction or metabolic diseases. ④ 6 courses of TC chemotherapy were received after surgery; Fresh, meso-posterior, and internal fecal samples of 10 g were collected and quickly stored at -80℃. Fecal DNA extraction and 16S rRNA gene sequencing were performed for intestinal flora detection. ⑤ No antibiotics or other drugs were used in the first 3 months after the completion of treatment.

排除标准：

①具有血友病或血液系统相关异常性疾病；②具有其他导致PLT异常的免疫性疾病；③合并其他癌症；④合并其他慢性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

① Have hemophilia or abnormal diseases related to the blood system; ② Other immune diseases that cause PLT abnormality; ③ with other cancers; ④ Other chronic diseases.
