研究目的：

本研究以老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象，回顾性收集患者的人口学特征资料，受伤到入院时间，入院到手术时间，手术方式，手术时间，血液生化指标等资料，并计算围手术期总失血量，进而通过统计学分析，明确危险因素及变化情况。  

Objectives of Study：

This study takes the elderly patients with hip fracture as the research object, and retrospectively collects the demographic characteristics of the patients, the time from injury to admission, the time from admission to operation, the mode of operation, the time of operation, blood biochemical indexes and other data. and calculate the total perioperative blood loss, and then through statistical analysis to identify the risk factors and changes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄大于60周岁
2. 诊断为髋部骨折，包括股骨颈骨折和粗隆间骨折
3. 低能量损伤机制（从不超过站立高度的高处坠落）
4. 3周内的新鲜骨折

Inclusion criteria

1. The age is over 60 years old.
2.Diagnosed as hip fracture, including femoral neck fracture and intertrochanteric fracture.
3.Low-energy injury mechanism (never falling from a height above the standing height)
4.fresh fractures within 3 weeks

排除标准：

1. 未进行手术治疗
2. 资料不全
3. 高能量损伤
4. 病理性骨折

Exclusion criteria：

1. No surgical treatment was performed.
2.The data is incomplete.
3.High energy damage
4. Pathological fracture
