研究目的：

通过回顾性收集既往在我院行qCT、腰椎MRI及腰椎CT的患者的资料，以qCT为诊断OP的金标准来确定VBQ评分及HU值对OP的诊断阈值，并比较两个参数的诊断效能。以期在腰椎融合及内固定术前运用术前常规腰椎MRI及CT来实现腰椎椎体局部骨质的评估。  

Objectives of Study：

We retrospectively collect the data of patients who have performed qCT, lumbar MRI and lumbar CT in our hospital and determined the diagnostic threshold of VBQ score and HU value for OP with qCT as the gold standard for diagnosing OP, and compared the diagnostic efficacy of the two parameters. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the local bone quality of the lumbar vertebrae with preoperative conventional lumbar MRI and CT before lumbar fusion and internal fixation.

纳入标准：

1)纳入标准如下：
①患者一个月内接受腰椎qCT, CT平扫, MRI平扫三种检查；
②年龄大于18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1) Inclusion criteria are as follows:
① The patient received qCT, CT plain scan and MRI plain scan of lumbar spine within one month;
② Older than 18 years.

排除标准：

2)排除标准如下：
①既往腰椎融合术；
②合并症，如弥漫性特发性骨质增生症、强直性脊柱炎、腰椎感染、腰椎肿瘤和腰椎外伤；
③由于schmorl结节、局部骨硬化和干扰伪影导致测量困难的患者。
④患者接受的检查

Exclusion criteria：

2) The exclusion criteria are as follows:
① Previous lumbar fusion;
② Complications, such as diffuse idiopathic hyperosteogeny, ankylosing spondylitis, lumbar infection, lumbar tumor and lumbar trauma;
③ Patients with measurement difficulties due to schmorl nodules, local osteosclerosis and interference artifacts.
④ Examination received by the patient
