研究目的：

1. 主要目的：通过步态分析和等长肌力分析来观察患者的步态特征，评价肿瘤半髋关节置换术的临床效果； 2. 指导患者肿瘤半髋关节置换术后康复锻炼，提高患者术后的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Main Objective: To observe the gait characteristics of patients by gait analysis and isometric muscle strength analysis, and to evaluate the clinical effect of tumor hemi-hip replacement. 2. Instruct patients to do rehabilitation exercises after tumor hemi-hip replacement to improve their postoperative quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）股骨近端骨肿瘤（原发性或转移性）患者，具有半髋关节置换术指征；2）术前步行满意的患者；3）预期寿命大于6个月而且能完成定期随访的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with proximal femoral bone tumors (primary or metastatic) with indications for hemihip replacement; 2) Patients with satisfactory walking before surgery; 3) Patients with a life expectancy greater than 6 months and who can complete regular follow-up.

排除标准：

1）髋关节有其他手术史的患者；2）有神经系统疾病的患者；3）随访不规律或患有精神疾病不配合治疗的患者；4）存在手术禁忌的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with a history of other hip operations; 2) Patients with neurological diseases; 3) Patients with irregular follow-up or mental illness who do not cooperate with treatment; 4) Patients with surgical contraindications.
