研究目的：

1.通过抽取患者空腹时静脉血进行实验室检查，检测炎症细胞因子表达水平的高低。 2.通过一对一结构式访谈，了解患者心理行为状态，识别患者症状群。 3.通过对炎症细胞因子表达水平与患者症状群进行相关性分析，深入探讨患者症状群潜在的炎性机制，以期以调控炎症细胞因子表达水平为切入点开发有效治疗策略预防或最大程度减轻症状群。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By extracting fasting venous blood from patients for laboratory examination, the expression levels of inflammatory cytokines were detected. 2. Through one-to-one structured interviews, understand the psychological and behavioral state of patients and identify the patient's symptom cluster. 3. By analyzing the correlation between the expression level of inflammatory cytokines and the patient's symptom group, we will deeply explore the potential inflammatory mechanism of the patient's symptom group, in order to develop effective treatment strategies to prevent or minimize symptoms clusters by regulating the expression level of inflammatory cytokines.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(a) 患者年龄范围为 18 至 70 岁，
(b) 患者意识清晰，理解能力强，语言表达正常，
(c) 患者自愿参加研究

Inclusion criteria

(a) patients age range from 18 to 70 y,
(b) patients have clear consciousness, good comprehension and normal language expression,
(c) patients volunteer to participate in the study

排除标准：

(a) patient had other serious systemic diseases or history of diseases affecting immune function,
(b) patient used antipsychotic and immunocompromised drugs recently,
(c)patient had cognitive dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria：

(a) 患者有其他严重的全身性疾病或影响免疫功能的疾病史
(b) 患者最近使用过抗精神病药和免疫功能低下的药物
(c) 患者有认知功能障碍。
