研究目的：

通过临床试验，观察苯磺酸瑞马唑仑用于椎管内麻醉下骨科手术患者的安全性和效果研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the safety and effect of remimazolam besylate in orthopedic surgery under spinal anesthesia through clinical trials.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、受试者自愿参加并签署知情同意书；
2、年龄18-65岁；
3、ASA 分级为 I--Ⅱ级；
4、体重指数（BMI） 19-30kg/m2
5、拟行椎管内麻醉下骨科手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form;
2. Age 18-65;
3. ASA is classified as I-II;
4. Body mass index (BMI) 19-30 kg/m2;
5. Patients who plan to undergo orthopedic surgery under spinal anesthesia.

排除标准：

1、有精神疾病史或服用治疗精神病药物；
2、椎管内麻醉禁忌症；
3、妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
4、对本研究麻醉药物禁忌证;
5、有睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；
6、收缩压≥180mmHg或舒张压≥110mmHg。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of mental illness or take psychotropic drugs
2. Intraspinal anesthesia contraindication
3. Pregnant or lactating women
4. Contraindications to anesthetic drugs in this study
5. Sleep apnea syndrome
6. Systolic blood pressure ≥ 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 110mmHg.
