研究目的：

1.基于Motion Analysis系统探索步态参数与影像学冠状面平衡的相关性 2.采用Opensim软件初步探讨相关性的潜在机制  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the correlation between gait parameters and imaging coronal plane balance based on Motion Analysis system 2. Use Opensim software to preliminarily explore the potential mechanism of correlation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合青少年特发性脊柱侧弯诊断标准的10岁～18岁儿童；
（2）Cobb角：10°～45°；
（3）下肢长短差异＜1cm(功能性)；
（4）没有接受过手术治疗；
（5）儿童及第一监护人自愿加入本试验研究；
（6）能配合完成三维运动捕捉系统的数据采集

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children aged 10 to 18 who meet the diagnostic criteria for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis;
(2) Cobb Angle: 10° ~ 45°;
(3) Lower extremity length difference < 1cm(functional);
(4) have not received surgical treatment;
(5) Children and their first guardians voluntarily participated in the study;
(6) It can cooperate with the data acquisition of 3D motion capture system

排除标准：

（1）存在严重基础疾病的；
（2）存在认知、言语及听理解功能严重障碍的

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are serious underlying diseases;
(2) Serious impairment of cognitive, speech and listening comprehension functions
