研究目的：

肺炎链球菌在人类感染疾病中占很大的比例，特别是小儿呼吸道感染病例中肺炎链球菌引起的肺炎、中耳炎、化脓性脑膜炎是常见的感染性疾病。根据WHO估计全球每年因肺炎链球菌感染死亡的儿童比例不断增加，其根源就是多重耐药的肺炎链球菌。随着病原菌的增加以及不合理使用抗生素，使肺炎链球菌的耐药性逐年增加，在临床上造成治疗的困惑。为了解本院肺炎链球菌流行及耐药情况，为肺炎链球菌的预防及临床合理用药提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to understand the prevalence and drug resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae in our hospital,and provide evidence for the prevention and rationalinical drug use of Streptococcus pneumoinae

纳入标准：

住院患儿年龄为3天-7岁，婴幼儿采取一次性无菌吸痰器吸取分泌物1-3ml，大龄儿晨起漱口咳出浓痰
