研究目的：

1. 主要目的：确定非必需氨基酸饮食对实体瘤患者的血清氨基酸浓度的影响 2. 次要目的：观察肿瘤患者对限制非必须氨基酸饮食的耐受情况 。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To determine the effect of non-essential amino acid diet on serum amino acid concentrations in patients with solid tumors 2. Secondary objective: To observe the tolerance of tumor patients to diet that restricts non-essential amino acids.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）病理确定为实体瘤的患者，并处于 IIIa期及以上；
2）年龄18-70岁；
3）能经口饮食的患者；
4）签署知情同意书，自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with pathologically identified solid tumors and in stage IIIa and above.
2) Aged 18 to 70 years.
3) Patients who can eat and drink by mouth.
4) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study.

排除标准：

1）认知功能障碍或心理疾病导致不能理解研究内容的患者;
2）糖尿病且血糖控制不佳的患者；
3）严重腹泻、顽固性呕吐、严重吸收不良综合征、麻痹性和机械性肠梗阻、消化道活动性出血的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness resulting in an inability to understand the content of the study.
2) patients with diabetes and poor blood glucose control.
3) Patients with severe diarrhea, intractable vomiting, severe malabsorption syndrome, paralytic and mechanical intestinal obstruction, and elimination of 200 active bleeding.
