研究目的：

本研究旨在研发人工智能辅助系统，通过计算机随机森林算法，对健康管理平台干预指令、患者反馈资料和大量已标注的疾病信息进行深度学习，建立骨质疏松症粘性干预和风险预测模型，明确“强特征性行为”和“弱特征性行为”，在提高治疗效果的同时，减轻患者负担，使其摆脱疲于应付的状态，改善远期生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to develop an AI-assisted system. Through the computer random forest algorithm, the intervention instructions of the health management platform, patient feedback data and a large number of labeled disease information are deeply learned. The sticky intervention and risk prediction model of osteoporosis are established, and the "strong characteristic behavior" and "weak characteristic behavior" are defined. Reduce the burden of patients, make them get rid of the state of fatigue, improve the long-term quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄45岁以上绝经期女性或年龄60岁以上老年男性，（2）经DXA诊断为骨质疏松症，（3）能够理解健康管理平台运行过程中需要配合的注意事项。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Menopausal women over 45 years old or elderly men over 60 years old, (2) diagnosed with osteoporosis by DXA, and (3) able to understand the matters needing attention during the operation of the health management platform.

排除标准：

（1）不愿透露健康信息者，（2）认知功能障碍者，（3）个人征信处于失信状态者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Reluctant to disclose health information, (2) cognitive dysfunction, (3) personal credit in the breach of trust.
