研究目的：

对上海市试点区0-3岁儿童母亲的心理健康及家庭功能进行筛查评估，明确高危群体的干预随访转诊路径，提升家庭功能和照护者的回应性照护技能。  

Objectives of Study：

To screen and evaluate the mental health and family functions for mothers of 0-3 years old children in the pilot area of Shanghai, identify the referral path of intervention follow-up for high-risk groups, and improve family functions and caregivers' responsive care skills.

纳入标准：

上海市试点区0-3岁儿童母亲

Inclusion criteria

Mothers of children aged 0-3 in Shanghai pilot area

排除标准：

1、非上海市常住居民；
2、不具备独立行为能力；
3、患有严重精神疾病；
4、沟通交流障碍者；
5、有严重的视听障碍；
6、文盲，完全不认识字；
7、无手机操作经验者；
8、正参加其他临床研究的患者；
9、研究人员认为其他原因不适合参与项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1）Non permanent residents of Shanghai
2）No independent capacity
3）Suffering from severe mental illness
4）People with Communication Disorders
5）Persons with severe visual and hearing impairment
6）Illiterate
7）No mobile phone experience
8）participate in other clinical studies
9) Those deemed unsuitable for the project for other reasons by the researcher
