研究目的：

本研究旨在通过自主研发数字建模软件和立体定向排石床找出一种处理微创治疗后肾内残余碎石的系统方法，提高微创手术后肾内残余碎石的排出率，减少临床相关不良事件的发生并切实降低术后结石的复发率，从而降低人群疾病的发生，提高健康状况，减轻医保负担，促进全面健康。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to find out a systematic method to manage residual lithotripsy after minimally invasive surgery by self-developed digital modeling software and stereotactic stone discharge bed, so as to improve the discharge rate of residual lithotripsy after minimally invasive surgery, reduce the occurrence of clinically relevant adverse events and effectively reduce the recurrence rate of postoperative stones, so as to reduce the occurrence of disease, improve health status, and reduce the burden of medical insurance. Promoting overall health.

纳入标准：

选取由2022年2月至2023年2月行RIRS手术的泌尿结石患者，同时所有患者均由同一名外科医生主刀且在RIRS术后1-3天经过CT确定有RFs的患者20例。

Inclusion criteria

From February 2022 to February 2023, 20 patients with urinary calculi who underwent RIRS surgery were selected. At the same time, all patients were operated by the same surgeon and were confirmed to have RFs by CT 1-3 days after RIRS.

排除标准：

排出标准：结石下有尿路梗阻、泌尿系统狭窄或畸形、妊娠或月经期、未控制的高血压、既往有脑血管意外病史以及青光眼病史患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: patients with urinary tract obstruction under the stone, urinary tract stenosis or malformation, pregnancy or menstruation, uncontrolled hypertension, previous history of cerebrovascular accident and glaucoma.
