研究目的：

观察青少年单眼近视患者佩戴角膜塑形镜前后脉络膜厚度的改变，比较近视眼与非近视眼脉络膜厚度差异，探究脉络膜厚度在角膜塑形镜控制近视中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the change of choroidal thickness before and after orthokeratology in juvenile myopia, compare the difference of choroidal thickness between myopia and non-myopia, and explore the role of choroid thickness in myopia with the orthokeratology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄为8～18岁青少年且矫正视力≥1.0；
②睫状肌麻痹后验光，单眼球镜度-0.50 D～-6.00D，顺规散光且≤1.75 D；角膜曲率在39.00～48.00 D之间；对侧眼为平光、远视或非复合近视性散光；
③同意佩戴角膜塑形镜控制近视进展者；

Inclusion criteria

① Teenagers aged 8-18 years with corrected visual acuity ≥1.0
② Optometry after ciliary muscle paralysis, single eye diopter is -0.50D to -6.00D, and normal astigmatism is ≤ 1.75 D; Corneal curvature is between 39.00 and 48.00 D; The opposite eye is flat, hyperopia or non-compound myopic astigmatism
③ Those who agree to orthokeratology to control the progression of myopia

排除标准：

①有角膜接触镜佩戴史者；
②有眼部手术史及眼部外伤史者；
③患有斜视、弱视等其他影响屈光发育疾病者；
④目前用药物或光学等手段控制近视者；
⑤不同意参与本研究者；无法配合眼部相关检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Have a history of wearing corneal contact lenses;
② History of eye surgery and eye trauma;
③ People with strabismus, amblyopia and other diseases that affect refractive development;
④ Myopia is controlled by means of drugs or optics;
⑤ Those who do not agree to participate in this study; Unable to cooperate with eye related examiners.
