研究目的：

收集疾病相关信息，探索肥厚型心肌病患者的临床特征、药物使用情况和临床结局。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore clinical characteristics, medication use and clinical outcomes of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy by collecting information related to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.纳入时年龄大于或等于18岁； 2.超声心动图和/或心脏磁共振测量左心室壁最大厚度≥15 mm或有明确HCM家族史的患者为≥13 mm； 3.愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years at inclusion; 2. Patients with maximal left ventricle wall thickness ≥15 mm measurement by echocardiography and/or cardiac magnetic resonance imaging or ≥13 mm for individuals with family history of HCM;3.Written, voluntary informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.患有严重瓣膜病、先天性心脏病、高血压性心脏病或其他可能导致左心室肥大的心血管或全身性疾病；2.预期寿命不足12个月；3.没有签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe valvular heart disease,congenital heart disease,hypertensive heart disease or other cardiac or systemic diseases capable of producing left ventricle hypertrophy;2.Life expectancy less than 12 months;3.Without written informed consent.
