1、急进高原心肺功能变化规律及影响因素 2、可穿戴式人工智能设备在高原心肺运动功能评估中的临床意义 3、高原人群心肺运动试验动态心电图变化特征及与高原运动能力的关系 4、植物神经功能与平原及高原运动能力的关系 5、辅酶Q10在高原缺氧暴露后人群心肺功能预防作用  

Objectives of Study：

1. Changes of cardiopulmonary function in acute Plateau and its influencing factors 2. Clinical significance of wearable artificial intelligence devices in cardiopulmonary exercise function assessment at high altitude 3. Change characteristics of dynamic electrocardiogram of cardiopulmonary exercise test in highland population and its relationship with exercise ability at high altitude 4. The relationship between plant nerve function and motor ability in plain and plateau 5. The preventive effect of Coenzyme Q10 on cardiopulmonary function in people exposed to hypoxia at high altitude

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、出生并长期居住在低海拔；
2、年龄在17-60岁之间的健康男性、女性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Be born and live in low altitude for a long time;
2. Healthy males and females aged between 17 and 60.

排除标准：

1、心血管疾病；
2、肺病及其他呼吸系统疾病；
3、血液病；
4、半年内有高原地区暴露史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiovascular diseases;
2. Lung disease and other respiratory diseases;
3. Blood diseases;
4. Exposure history of plateau area within half a year.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集采用陆军军医大学第二附属医院CPET心脏康复系统收集登记，将临床收集的病例转为病例报告表，报告表的纸质版和实验记录放于第二附属医院心血管内科实验室保管；实验室专人对患者临床资料病例报告表的电子版和纸质版及实验记录进行归档、管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected and registered by the CPET cardiac rehabilitation system of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Military Medical University. Clinical cases were converted into case report forms, and paper versions of the report forms and experimental records were placed in the Laboratory of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital for safekeeping. Special personnel in the laboratory will archive and manage the electronic and paper versions of patient clinical data case report forms and experimental records.
