研究目的:

規律運動有助於控制憂鬱、改善心理健康以及預防慢性病和過早死亡等,但大多數人很難有時間來規律運動,近年來興起安全且相對簡易的全身震動訓練在過去十年間蓬勃發展,然則震動訓練劑量如何達到傳統之有氧運動訓練強度就格外重要,本研究探究與傳統有氧運動訓練(Candence:60Hz;Power:100-150 Watt)相比,設計三種常規之全身震動訓練之訓練頻率(Frequency:20Hz、30Hz、40Hz,固定振幅4mm)每次五分鐘共測量三次,並在過程中添加常見之自重深蹲運動(Bodyweight Squat),用以比較相同受試者在接受兩種不同運動,身體之耗氧量(Oxygen Consumption, VO2 )、肌電圖(Surface Electromyography, Surface EMG)、與心跳血氧之運動生理表現,用以提供未來受試者接受全身震動訓練之重要參考指標。  

Objectives of Study:

Regular exercise can help control depression, improve mental health, and prevent chronic diseases and premature death, etc., but it is difficult for most people to have time for regular exercise. In recent years, safe and relatively simple whole-body vibration training has flourished in the past decade. However, how the dose of vibration training reaches the intensity of traditional aerobic exercise training is particularly important. This study explores the design of three conventional whole-body vibration training training compared with traditional aerobic exercise training (Candence: 60Hz; Power: 100-150 Watt). Frequency (Frequency: 20Hz, 30Hz, 40Hz, fixed amplitude 4mm) was measured three times for five minutes each time, and a common bodyweight squat exercise (Bodyweight Squat) was added during the process to compare the same subjects receiving two different Exercise, the body's oxygen consumption (Oxygen Consumption, VO2), electromyography (Surface Electromyography, Surface EMG), and heartbeat and blood oxygen physiological performance are used to provide important reference indicators for future subjects to receive whole-body vibration training.
