研究目的：

评价“骶髂关节解剖点等分定位法”定位下，分别采用“体外冲击波针灸”疗法及“斜刺”疗法对骶髂关节损伤患者的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of extracorporeal shock wave acupuncture and Oblique insertion of needle in sacroiliac joint injuries under the method of Anatomical point positioning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合骶髂关节损伤诊断的患者；②受试者年龄在16～65岁之间；③自愿受试并签署知情同意书者；④未参与其他临床试验者；

Inclusion criteria

（1）Patients with a diagnosis of sacroiliac joint injury.
（2）Subjects aged between 16 and 65 years.
（3）Patients who volunteered to be tested and signed the informed consent form.
（4） Those not participating in other clinical trials.

排除标准：

①腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎滑脱症、骨盆骨折患者，腰骶椎部结核、肿瘤及精神病患者，中度以上的骨质疏松症患者、脊柱强直性脊柱炎、致密性髂骨炎患者及妊娠期妇女；②合并其他皮肤病及心、肺、肾等重要脏器严重疾病者；③皮肤极易血肿、过敏体质、或对针刺过敏者，或不能耐受针刺者，或中途主动退出、失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

⑴Lumbar disc herniationLumbar spondylolisthesisPatients with pelvic fractures、Tuberculosis of the lumbosacral spine、Oncology patients and psychiatric patients、Patients with osteoporosis of moderate or higher severity、Ankylosing spondylitis of the spine、Patients with condensing ostitis and pregnant women.
⑵Combined with other skin diseases and serious diseases of the heart, lungs, kidneys and other important organs
⑶Patients whose skin is highly susceptible to haematomas, who have allergies or sensitivities to needling, or who cannot tolerate needling, or who withdraw voluntarily or miss visits in the middle of the day.
