研究目的：

通过门诊随访时观察患者每个针位周围皮肤的愈合情况，是否有皮肤过敏的表现，复查时影像学上骨折愈合的情况、分泌物的细菌培养的结果，Checketts-Otterburns评价标准来评估感染的程度，总体的来说明黄连膏在克氏针术后整体换药效果，来达到有效预防儿童骨折术后克氏针针道浅表感染、内固定松动、骨髓炎相关并发症发生的目的  

Objectives of Study：

The extent of infection was assessed by observing the healing of the skin around each needle position of the patient at the outpatient follow-up visit, whether there were any manifestations of skin allergy, the healing of the fracture on imaging at the time of review, the results of the bacterial culture of secretions, the checketts Otterburn evaluation criteria to illustrate the overall dressing change effect of Huanglian ointment after Klinefelter's needle placement, in order to achieve effective prevention of superficial infection and loosening of internal fixation of the Klinefelter's needle track after pediatric fracture Purpose of occurrence of osteomyelitis related complications

纳入标准：

1.年龄3-14岁影像学上骨骺未闭合患者
2.骨折手术采用闭合复位经皮穿刺克氏针固定
3.受试者自愿加入本研究：签署同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 3-14 years
2. The fracture was treated with closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation
3. Subjects voluntarily join the study: sign the consent form

排除标准：

1.慢性、复发性炎性皮肤病，
2.开放性骨折
3.骨折需要切开复位
4.合并神经或血管损伤需要修复或探查
5.合并严重的重要器官和脑损伤
6.患有慢性特殊性疾病(糖尿病)
7.对试验药物过敏

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic, relapsing inflammatory skin diseases,

2. Open fractures

3. Fracture requiring open reduction

4. Combined neurological or vascular injury requiring repair or exploration

5. Combined severe vital organ and brain damage

6. Suffering from a chronic idiopathic disease (diabetes)

7. Allergy to test drug

简单随机化分组，由不参与本研究的人员利用SPSS软件进行分组。首先，将研究拟纳入70例样本进行编号，从01~70，为使随机分组结果具有可重复性，预先设置随机数字种子，后利用随机数字生成器生成随机数字；其次，70例样本将被随机分配至干预组和对照组，而设置随机化每组所占比例为50%，可实现随机化均等分组。
