研究目的：

通过将患者残余肺结节分为两组，手术侧残余肺结节组和手术对侧残余肺结节组，以手术对侧残余结节作为对照组，以残余肺结节的生长为主要观察指标，对比两侧残余肺结节术后生长趋势的差异，探究微创肺部结节切除手术对于手术侧残余结节生长的影响及残余肺结节生长的危险因素，优化多发肺结节治疗方案，减少可能再次手术、或其他治疗的风险，并最大程度保留肺组织和肺功能，更好的管理残余肺结节，为残余肺结节精准管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The patients' residual pulmonary nodules were divided into two groups, the surgical residual pulmonary nodules group and the contralateral residual pulmonary nodules group. The contralateral residual pulmonary nodules were taken as the control group, and the growth of residual pulmonary nodules was taken as the main observation index to compare the differences in the postoperative growth trend of residual pulmonary nodules on both sides. To explore the effects of minimally invasive pulmonary nodule resection on the growth of residual pulmonary nodules at the surgical side and the risk factors for the growth of residual pulmonary nodules, optimize the treatment of multiple pulmonary nodules, reduce the risk of repeated surgery or other treatments, preserve lung tissue and lung function to the maximum extent, and better manage residual pulmonary nodules, so as to provide the basis for accurate management of residual pulmonary nodules.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 术前胸部CT检查提示为多发GGO，GGO数目大于两个； (2) 根治性切除主病灶； (3) 术前至少2次胸部CT检查提示GGO无吸收情况； (4) 术后病理学检查诊断为不典型腺瘤样增生(atypical adenomatous hyperplasia，AAH)、原位腺癌(adenocarcinoma in situ，AIS)、微浸润腺癌 (microinvasive lung adenocarcinoma。MIA)、浸润性腺癌(invasiveadenocarcinoma，IA)的患者； (5) 术后规范随访，术后两年内每3-6随访一次，术后两年每6-12月随访一次，每半年有CT检查报告； (6) 术后有残余结节； (7) 术前无化疗史； (8) 无其他部位肿瘤史；

Inclusion criteria

1) Preoperative chest CT examination indicated multiple Ggos, with more than two Ggos; (2) Radical resection of the main focus; (3) At least two preoperative chest CT examinations indicated no GGO absorption; (4) Postoperative pathological examination was atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH), adenocarcinoma in situ, the atypical atypical adenomatous hyperplasia, adenocarcinoma in situ, AIS), microinvasive lung adenocarcinoma. MIA), invasiveadenocarcinoma (IA); (5) Standardized follow-up was conducted every 3-6 years in the two years after surgery, and every 6-12 months in the two years after surgery. CT examination report was available every six months. (6) Residual nodules after operation; (7) No history of chemotherapy before (8) No history of tumors in other sites;

排除标准：

(1) 术后30天死亡； (2) 术后残余结节缩小或消失； (3) 术后无规范随访； (4) 术后无清晰的胸部CT片；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) death 30 days after surgery; (2) Residual nodules reduced or disappeared after surgery; (3) No standardized follow-up after surgery; (4) Postoperative chest CT images were not clear;
