研究目的：

1. 对老年手术患者围术期数据进行多因素分析，探索术后认知功能障碍危险因素； 2. 借助机器学习算法开发并验证老年手术患者术后认知功能障碍预测模型，用以识别POCD高危人群并优化围术期管理方案  

Objectives of Study：

1. To conduct multivariate analysis on perioperative data of elderly surgical patients and explore the risk factors of postoperative cognitive dysfunction; 2. To develop and validate the prediction model of postoperative cognitive dysfunction of elderly surgical patients with machine learning algorithm to identify high-risk groups of postoperative cognitive dysfunction and optimize perioperative management plan

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 拟行腹腔镜择期手术患者；
2. 年龄≥65 周岁；
3. ASA 分级为 I-III级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who plan to undergo elective laparoscopic surgery;
2. Aged ≥ 65 years;
3. ASA is graded I-III.

排除标准：

1. 痴呆
2. 谵妄
3. 精神分裂症或精神病史
4. 酗酒或酒精戒断史
5. 失明
6. 重度耳聋
7. 无法用汉语交流
8. 最近3个月内参与其他临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dementia;
2. Delirium;
3. Schizophrenia or other psychiatric history;
4. History of alcoholism or alcohol withdrawal;
5. Blindness;
6. Severe deafness;
7. Inablity to communicate in Chinese;
8. Participating in other clinical trials in the last 3 months.
