研究目的：

（1）评价“骶髂关节解剖点等分定位法定位下不同针刺方向”对骶髂关节损伤患者的临床疗效。（2）通过红外热像技术获得“解剖点等分定位下不同针刺方向”在骶髂关节损伤骨骼肌修复中影响软组织温度变化的可靠证据。  

Objectives of Study：

（1）To evaluate the clinical efficacy of "different acupuncture directions under the anatomical point of sacroiliac joint isotropic localization method" in patients with sacroiliac joint injurie.（2）Reliable evidence of soft tissue temperature changes in skeletal muscle repair of sacroiliac joint injuries by means of infrared thermography with "different needling directions at anatomical point isotropic positioning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴符合上述诊断的骶髂关节损伤患者；⑵受试者年龄在16～65岁之间；⑶自愿受试，并签署知情同意书者；⑷未参与其他临床试验者。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Meet the above diagnosis for sacroiliac joint injury.
（2）aged between16 to 65 years.
（3） Be volunteer to be tested and sign the informed consent.
（4）Not participating in other clinical trials.

排除标准：

⑴腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎滑脱症、骨盆骨折患者，腰骶椎部结核、肿瘤及精神病患者，中度以上的骨质疏松症患者、脊柱强直性脊柱炎、致密性髂骨炎患者及妊娠期妇女；⑵合并其他皮肤病及心、肺、肾等重要脏器严重疾病者； ⑶皮肤极易血肿、过敏体质、或对针刺治疗过敏者，或不能耐受针刺者，或中途主动退出、失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

⑴Lumbar disc herniationLumbar spondylolisthesisPatients with pelvic fracturesTuberculosis of the lumbosacral spineOncology patients and psychiatric patientsPatients with osteoporosis of moderate or higher severityAnkylosing spondylitis of the spinePatients with condensing ostitis and pregnant women.
⑵Combined with other skin diseases and serious diseases of the heart, lungs, kidneys and other important organs.
⑶Ecchymosis irritable the physiqueor allergies to acupuncture treatment, or who cannot tolerate acupuncture, or who voluntarily withdraw from the middle of the way and are absent.
