Objectives of Study：

Construction and validation of prediction model for postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing major abdominal surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）行择期腹部大手术：胃癌根治术、肠癌根治术、肝癌根治术等；
（2）患者年龄≥65周岁；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Elective major abdominal surgery: radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, radical gastrectomy for bowel cancer, radical gastrectomy for liver cancer, etc. 
(2) Patients aged ≥65 years;

排除标准：

（1）存在精神疾病或有精神疾病既往史；
（2）存在视觉或者听觉功能障碍；
（3）有阿片类药物等滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the presence or past history of mental illness; 
(2) visual or auditory dysfunction; 
(3) A history of opioid abuse.
