研究目的：

本研究基于健康信念模式，开展针对GDM人群的孕期结构化教育干预项目，旨在提高GDM患者孕期血糖管理水平和促进良好母婴妊娠结局。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the health belief model, this study carried out a structured pregnancy education intervention project for GDM population, aiming at improving the blood glucose management level of GDM patients during pregnancy and promoting good maternal and infant pregnancy outcomes.

纳入标准：

符合2020年美国糖尿病学会《孕期糖尿病诊治指南》诊断标准，首次诊断为GDM患者；年龄≥18岁，单胎初产妇；理解力良好，自愿参与结构化教育项目，愿意使用微信、微信群接受结构化教育者。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the 2020 American Diabetes Association’s guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes during pregnancy diagnostic criteria, the first diagnosis of GDM patients; Age ≥ 18 years old, single birth primipara; Patients have good understanding, willing to participate in structured education projects, willing to use WeChat and WeChat groups to receive structured education.

排除标准：

有糖尿病家族史者；孕前糖耐量异常者；合并其他妊娠并发症者；胎儿发育异常者；有严重心、肝、肾功能异常者及其他内分泌或免疫系统疾病者；存在精神及沟通障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

Family history of diabetes; Abnormal glucose tolerance before pregnancy; Patients with other pregnancy complications; Abnormal fetal development; Patients with severe abnormalities of heart, liver and kidney function and other endocrine or immune system diseases; Patients with mental and communication disabilities.
