Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the value of vasopressin and its analogues in prevention of vasoplegic syndrome during valve replacement surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

标准：
1、择期行瓣膜置换手术患者
2、年龄 18-75 岁；
3、无其它器官系统功能障碍(肝、肾、脑、肺、血液系统疾病)。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria:
1.Patients undergoing elective valve replacement surgery
2.age 18-75 years old.
3.No other organ system dysfunction (liver,kidney,brain,lung,blood system diseases).

排除标准：

排除标准：
1、术前左室射血分数(LVEF)<40% ；
2、术前应用心脏辅助装置(如 IABP、心脏起搏器、左室辅助装置等)；
3、心脏复跳后需要应用 IABP 或者 ECMO支持的患者；
4、手术期间死亡的患者；
5、研究人员认为不适合或家属及患者拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria :
1.Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)<40%;
2.Preoperative application of cardiac assist devices (such as IABP,cardiac pacemaker,left ventricular assist device, etc.) ;
3.Patients need IABP or ECMO support after heart re-beating ;
4.Patients died during the operation;
5.Researchers deemed it inappropriate or family members and patients refused to participate in the study.
