研究目的：

本研究的目的是比较在中间型尿道下裂中采用阴囊中隔肉膜瓣或包皮背侧带蒂筋膜瓣覆盖联合一期TIP术术后早期并发症（尿道瘘、尿道狭窄、尿道憩室、残留阴茎下弯、龟头裂开、伤口感染）的发生率，并采用儿童阴茎感知评分量表（pediatric penile perception scale，PPPS）评价泌尿外科医生和家长对患儿术后阴茎外观的满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of the study was to assess the incidence of early complications (urethral cutaneous fistula, urethral stricture, urethral diverticulum, residual penile curvature, glans dehiscence, and wound infection) after combined one-stage TIP with septal scrotal dartos flap or preputial dartos flap coverage in middle hypospadias and to evaluate urologists' and parents' satisfaction with the postoperative penile appearance of the children using the Pediatric Penile Perception Scale (PPPS).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄为9个月-18岁；
2、初次治疗的中间型（阴茎体型）尿道下裂，伴有轻度阴茎下弯；
3、阴茎头、尿道板发育较好（阴茎头直径＞1cm）；
4、均可行一期TIP术式。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 9 months and 18 years;
2. Middle (penile) hypospadias with mild penile curvature in the first treatment;
3. Good development of the penile head and urethral plate (penile head diameter > 1 cm);
4. All children amenable for one-stage TIP repair.

排除标准：

1、远端型和近端型尿道下裂；
2、复发性尿道下裂；
3、尿道板发育不良伴有中至重度阴茎下弯；
4、合并隐睾、鞘膜积液或腹股沟斜疝；
5、性发育异常合并尿道下裂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Distal and proximal hypospadias;
2. Recurrent hypospadias;
3. Urethral plate dysplasia with moderate to severe penile hypospadias;
4. Combined with cryptorchidism, hydrocele or inguinal hernia;
5. Differences of sex development combined with hypospadias.

主要研究者通过SAS 9.1版本软件以1:1的比例生成随机序列，将患儿分为阴囊中隔肉膜瓣覆盖组（A组）35例和包皮带蒂筋膜瓣覆盖（B组）35例，再使用交互式网络反应系统(IWRS)将随机数分配给患儿。

The principal investigator generated a random sequence in a 1:1 ratio by SAS version 9.1 software, divided the children into 35 cases in Group A and 35 cases in Group B, and then used the Interactive Web Response System (IWRS) to assign the random numbers to the children.
