研究目的：

1、确定不同类型的儿童过敏性结膜炎是否能够影响角膜生物力学及角膜地形图形态； 2、确定合并干眼的不同类型儿童过敏性结膜炎对角膜生物力学及角膜地形图形态的影响并与无干眼的过敏患者及正常对照之间是否存在差异； 3、初步揭露过敏性结膜炎及干眼对角膜生物力学影响的分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To determine whether different types of allergic conjunctivitis in children can affect corneal biomechanics and corneal topography; 2. Determine whether there are differences in the effects of different types of allergic conjunctivitis in children with dry eye on corneal biomechanics and corneal topography morphology between allergic patients without dry eye and normal controls; 3. The molecular mechanism of allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye on corneal biomechanics was preliminarily revealed.

纳入标准：

8-14岁确诊过敏性结膜炎的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 8-14 years with confirmed allergic conjunctivitis.

排除标准：

就诊时合并其他眼部炎症性疾病、高眼压及合并全身疾病如糖尿病、免疫性疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other ocular inflammatory diseases, ocular hypertension and systemic diseases such as diabetes and immune diseases were exclude.
