研究目的：

1、对上皮型HSK患者在首次就诊时进行IVCM检查，并随诊患者观察伴或不伴有免疫反应的患者是否存在着检查结果的差异； 2、根据检查结果的差异指导治疗，观察治疗效果从而确认IVCM检查结果的差异能否准确判断是否伴有免疫反应。  

Objectives of Study：

1. IVCM examination was performed in patients with epithelial HSK at the first visit, and patients were followed up to observe whether there were differences in examination results between patients with or without immune response. 2. Guide the treatment according to the difference of the examination results, and observe the treatment effect to confirm whether the difference of IVCM examination results can accurately determine whether there is an immune response.

纳入标准：

25-60岁病毒性角膜上皮炎（树枝状角膜炎、地图状角膜炎）。

Inclusion criteria

25-60 years old, Epithelial herpes simplex keratitis (dendritic keratitis, map keratitis).

排除标准：

就诊时合并其他眼部炎症性疾病、高眼压及合并全身疾病如糖尿病、免疫性疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other ocular inflammatory diseases, ocular hypertension and systemic diseases such as diabetes and immune diseases were exclude.
