研究目的：

1、明确RA、RBP在POCD作为生物标记物价值。 2、观察岩藻黄素的临床效果  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the value of RA and RBP as biomarkers in POCD. 2. Study on the clinical application of fucoxanthin intervention

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

通过临床应用观察岩藻黄素对老年患者术后认知功能的影响及其对围术期老年患者RAR通路的影响 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

To observe the effect of fucoxanthin on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing hip surgery and the effect of fucoxanthin on perioperative RAR pathway in elderly patients 

纳入标准：

1）手术指征明确；（2）年龄65-80岁；（3）经由简易精神状态量表（MMSE）评分测定，总分大于等于24分的患者。MMSE评分测定由具有相关经验且经过严格培训的临床医师负责对患者实施评分，评分医师由项目组固定人员负责。

Inclusion criteria

1) Clear surgical indication; (2) 65-80 years old; (3) Patients with a total score of 24 or greater as measured by the Mini-Mental State Scale (MMSE). The MMSE score was measured by clinicians with relevant experience and strict training who were responsible for scoring the patients, and the evaluators were responsible for the fixed staff of the project team.

排除标准：

（1）常年酒精嗜好、长期服用影响精神状态药物；（2）合并有严重肝功能障碍、肾功能异常；（3）合并精神、心理疾患导致认知功能受损；（4）语言、视觉、听觉障碍导致不能配合正常检查；（5）文化程度过低，不具备基本认知能力等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Perennial alcohol addiction, long-term use of drugs affecting mental state; (2) Complicated with severe liver dysfunction and renal dysfunction; (3) Cognitive impairment caused by mental and psychological disorders; (4) language, vision, hearing impairment leads to failure to cooperate with normal examination; (5) Low education level, lack of basic cognitive ability, etc.

在术前首次MMSE评分后即予以岩藻黄素10mg，分2次口服（上下午各一次），手术日不停用（术前3小时、术后3小时口服），直至术后7天。
