比较ATG为主的免疫抑制疗法和异基因造血干细胞移植治疗TD-NSAA患者临床疗效和长期随访的差异，探索影响患者预后的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical efficacy and long-term follow-up of ATG-based immunosuppressive therapy and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with TD-NSAA, and to explore the factors that affect the prognosis of patients.

纳入标准：

符合TD-NSAA的西医诊断标准；年龄在16-60岁

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria of TD-NSAA; age 16-60 years old

排除标准：

合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾及免疫系统疾病； 孕妇或哺乳期妇女；拒绝随访的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and immune system diseases; pregnant or lactating women; patients who refuse to follow up
