研究目的：

本研究纳入痉挛性斜颈患者，探索腹部推拿联合针刺对痉挛性斜颈患者颈肩肌肉的肌电图活动、脑部各核团组织结构内神经递质变化的影响，进一步全面、完整、多维阐释中医疗法干预痉挛性斜颈的中枢神经作用机制以及治疗优势。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients with spastic torticollis(ST) were included to explore the effects of abdominal massage combined with acupuncture on the electromyographic activity of the neck and shoulder muscles and the changes of neurotransmitters in the brain nuclei of ST patients, and to further comprehensive and complete , Multi-dimensional explanation of the central nervous mechanism and therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in ST.

纳入标准：

1.原发性痉挛性斜颈；
2.年龄18-65岁，性别不限；
3.入组前3个月内未接受肉毒毒素治疗以及未服用任何治疗肌张力障碍或者精神疾病的药物；
4.没有合并颈部以外其他部位的肌张力障碍；
5.无其他严重的神经或精神疾病；
6.常规头颅 MRI 检查未见器质性改变；
7.右利手；
8.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary spastic torticollis;
2. Aged 18-65 years, regardless of gender;
3.Have not received botulinum toxin treatment and have not taken any drugs for dystonia or mental illness within 3 months before enrollment;
4. There is no dystonia in other parts other than the neck;
5. No other serious neurological or psychiatric diseases;
6. Routine head MRI examination showed no organic changes;
7. Right-handed;
8. Signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有明确原因（如肝豆状核变性、遗传性棘红细胞增多症、颈椎病变、先天性畸形等）的继发性痉挛性斜颈；
2.磁共振发现颅内异常病灶；
3.既往有严重的神经或精神疾病史；
4.不能够配合或禁忌行 MRI 检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary spastic torticollis with clear causes (such as hepatolenticular degeneration, hereditary acanthosis, cervical spondylosis, congenital malformations, etc.);
2. Magnetic resonance imaging found abnormal intracranial lesions;
3. A history of severe neurological or psychiatric diseases in the past;
4. Inability to cooperate or contraindicate MRI examination.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表由研究者填写，经另一名研究者检查合格后交付专职的数据管理员，建立数据库。CRF表上的数据由两个数据输入人员独立的双份输入数据库，经人工审核，计算机核对后进行检查，然后数据锁定供统计分析用。同时采用盲态评价等方法操作人员和疗效评价的人员不能由同一人完成。 研究报告由天津中医药大学第一附属医院院进行分析处理，并作出简要概述和讨论。研究者应保存所有研究资料，包括对所有受试者的确认，所有原始的有签名的知情同意书、所有研究病历等。保存期五年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The case report form was completed by the investigator and passed by another investigator to a dedicated data manager for database establishment. The data in the CRF table are input into the database independently by two data input personnel. After manual audit, the computer checks the data, and then the data is locked for statistical analysis. Simultaneous blind evaluation and other methods should not be performed by the same operator and efficacy evaluation personnel. The report was analyzed and processed by First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and briefly summarized and discussed by First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The investigator shall maintain all study data, including confirmation of all subjects, all original signed informed consent forms, and all study medical records. The shelf life is five years.
