研究目的：

利用华西医院和华西生物样本库中的人结直肠癌样本进行相关检测分析，探索Pg通过gp参与CRC发生发展的具体机制，以及阿司匹林能否调控Pg所致CRC的发生发展及其机制，为西南地区Pg相关结直肠癌的研究及指导后续疾病防治寻找更多证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Human colorectal adenocarcinoma samples from West China Hospital and West China Biobank, Sichuan University, will be used for relevant assays and analyses to explore the specific pathogenesis of Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg) modulating tumorigenesis and progression of colorectal cancer (CRC) through gingipains, and whether aspirin can reverse the tumorigenesis and progression of CRC caused by Pg and its mechanism. The present research will obtain more evidence to guide future disease prevention and treatment on Pg-related CRC in Southwestern China.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）病理组织学确诊的结直肠腺癌；2）有肿瘤及邻近正常组织的配对样本。

Inclusion criteria

1) Histologically proven colorectal adenocarcinoma; 2) Paired tumor and normal adjacent tissue (NAT) samples.

排除标准：

1）炎症性肠病（IBD）病史；2）术前1个月内接受过口服或静脉用抗生素治疗3天以上；3）术前接受新辅助治疗（化疗、放疗、免疫治疗等）；4）肠镜活检或局部切除手术（ESD或TAR）样本。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Past medical history of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); 2) Received oral or intravenous antibiotics therapy longer than 3 days in the past 1 month; 3) Received neoadjuvant treatment, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy and etc.; 4) Samples from colonoscopy biopsy or local resection (endoscopic submucosal dissection or transanal resection).
