研究目的：

本项目以甘肃地产文冠果为研究对象，采用 HPLC等分析技术，对其进行质量综合评价，起草质量标准草案为其开发利用奠定基础；以文冠果带叶嫩枝为药用部位，进行防治代谢综合征的前瞻性多中心随机对照临床研究，为其临床应用的安全有效提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project is based on the research object of Gansu real estate fruits, using HPLC and other analytical techniques to evaluate its quality and draft quality standards to lay the foundation for its development and utilization; the prospective multicenter randomized controlled clinical study on the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome using the leafy shoots of fruits as the medicinal parts to provide a theoretical basis for its safe and effective clinical application.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①诊断符合代谢综合征标准；
②年龄 18-70 岁，性别不限；
③能坚持控制饮食及适当运动者；
④自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Diagnosis meets the criteria for metabolic syndrome.
②Age 18-70 years old, regardless of gender.
③Those who can adhere to a controlled diet and appropriate exercise.
④Voluntary signing of the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①过敏体质或茶叶过敏的患者；
②因某些药物导致的肥胖、糖脂代谢紊乱；
③准备妊娠、妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
④有精神病患者及依从性差的患者；
⑤1型糖尿病患者；或空腹血糖＞13 mmol/L者，收缩压≥160 mmHg，和/或舒张压≥100 mmHg；TG≥5.7 mmol/L;
⑥合并有严重感染、急性并发症、严重心脏疾病（心肌梗死、心功能≥Ⅲ级等）、呼吸系统疾病、肝肾功能不全等疾病者;
⑦正在接受胰岛素治疗者;
⑧甲状腺功能亢进或减低。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with allergies or tea allergy.
②obesity and disorders of glucolipid metabolism caused by certain drugs.
③Women preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy or lactation.
④Patients with psychiatric disorders and patients with poor compliance.
⑤ Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus; or those with fasting glucose >13 mmol/L, systolic blood pressure ≥160 mmHg, and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥100 mmHg; TG ≥5.7 mmol/L;
⑥ Combined with serious infections, acute complications, serious cardiac diseases (myocardial infarction, cardiac function ≥ grade III, etc.), respiratory diseases, hepatic and renal insufficiency, and other diseases;
⑦ Those who are receiving insulin therapy;
⑧ hyper- or hypothyroidism.
