研究目的：

明确肾病综合征患儿治疗前后肠道菌群结构的变化，鉴定出可能促进激素依赖发生的关键肠道细菌。  

Objectives of Study：

The compositional changes of gut microbiota in children with primary nephrotic syndrome before and after initial steroid therapy and identify the key bacteria which were associated with steroid dependence.

纳入标准：

正常儿童、原发性肾病综合征患儿，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

Healthy children. Children with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) .The gender is not limited.

排除标准：

1. 合并其他脏器系统疾病者。
2. 肾功能异常者（eGFR<90ml/min.1.73m^2）。
3. 入组前接受胃肠道手术、抗菌素、益生元和免疫抑制剂的治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. PNS patients with other organ diseases.
2. Abnormal renal function (eGFR<90ml/min.1.73m^2).
3. A history of gastrointestinal surgery, receivedantibiotic, probiotics and immunosuppressant treatmentin the previous 2 months.
