Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical efficacy of unilateral biportal endoscopic in the treatment of spinal degenerative diseases

纳入标准：

1.疾病诊断明确
2.保守治疗无效，患者接受手术治疗
3.CT、 MRI 等影像学检查完善
4.影像学及随访资料完整

Inclusion criteria

1. The disease diagnosis is clear
2. When conservative treatment failed, the patient underwent surgical treatment
3. Complete CT, MRI and other imaging examinations
4. Imaging and follow-up data were complete

排除标准：

1.诊断不明
2.接受其他治疗方式
3.影像资料不全
4.病变区域任何感染、肿瘤或骨折及其相关的疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. The diagnosis is unknown
2. Get other treatments
3. Incomplete image data
4. Any infection, tumor or fracture in the affected area and related diseases
