研究目的：

明确印堂骨膜针刺法对失眠症认知功能及睡眠的影响，通过语言流畅性检测启动下的近红外脑功能成像技术，探索其对失眠症脑区激活及脑功能连接的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of Yintang periosteal acupuncture on cognitive function and sleep of insomnia, we used near-infrared brain function imaging technology（fNIRS） activated by verbal fluency task(VFT) detection to explore its effect on brain activation and brain function connection of insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合 DSM-5 慢性失眠障碍诊断标准。
2.年龄 18-75岁，性别不限。
3.失眠严重指数（ISI）＞7。
4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet dsm-5 diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia.
2. Age: 18-75 years old, regardless of gender.
3. Insomnia severity index (ISI) > 7.
4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有其他影响研究的重大慢性疾病：如睡眠呼吸暂停、不宁腿、肿瘤，心血管疾病等；
2.脑器质性疾病：脑外伤,脑血管病等；
3.患有或曾患精神疾病：抑郁症，焦虑症,精神分裂症,强迫症等；
4.已经接受正规的药物和临床干预者；
5.酒精滥用或精神活性物质滥用史；
6.妊娠期或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from other major chronic diseases affecting the study: such as sleep apnea, restless legs, tumors, cardiovascular diseases, etc;
2. Brain organic diseases: brain trauma, cerebrovascular disease, etc;
3. Have or have suffered from mental illness: depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc;
4. Have received regular drugs and clinical interveners;
5. History of alcohol abuse or psychoactive substance abuse;
6. Pregnant or lactating women.
