研究目的: |
我国是胃肠道恶性肿瘤高发国家,其发病率及病死率居于消化道恶性肿瘤首位。目前最好的防控手段仍是早期诊断,早期治疗。本项目拟基于液体活检多组学检测技术推动新型胃肠道恶性肿瘤早筛平台的研发。其主要内容包括分析检测胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者血液标本中代谢物、蛋白组学及外周血cfDNA 5hmC表观图谱特征,寻找疑似患者之间差异表达标志物;同时收集术前外周血的全代谢组、蛋白组学特异性生物标记物,构建应用于胃肠道肿瘤良恶性鉴别的多组学深度学习模型,探究该智能模型在胃肠道肿瘤早筛中临床应用价值,同时联合开发胃肠道恶性肿瘤早筛自动化检测平台,助力胃肠道恶性肿瘤的早诊、早治。 |

Objectives of Study: |
China has the most gastric-cancer patients (~478,000, 45% of new cases in 2020) all over the world. At present, the best prevention and control methods are early diagnosis and early treatment. This project intends to promote the research and development of a new type of gastrointestinal and gastrointestinal malignant tumors based on the multi -group detection technology of liquid biopsy. Its main contents include analysis and detection of metabolism, protein group science and peripheral blood CFDNA 5HMC epigenetic map characteristics in patients with blood specimen in patients with gastrointestinal tract malignant tumors, and finding differences between different patients with suspected patients; The group and protein group learned special biomarkers to build a multi -group deep learning model applied to the benign and malignant identification of gastrointestinal tumors to explore the clinical application value of the intelligent model in early screening of gastrointestinal tumors. Early screening of malignant tumors to sieve the mortal testing platform to help the early diagnosis and early treatment of vicious tumors of gastrointestinal tract. |
